Do lesson packages have an expiration date?

Yes. All lesson packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Are lessons held online or in person?

Lessons are available globally via interactive online video sessions, as well as locally in Nicosia, Sicily for in-person students.

Can I book a trial lesson?

Yes, you can schedule an introductory consultation to discuss your learning goals, assess your level, and establish a customised learning roadmap. The consultation is available at an affordable rate of just €10.

Do teaching hours accommodate different time zones?

Yes. Lessons can be scheduled across different time zones, provided they fall within the business opening hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Italian time.

How can I pay for a trial lesson or a lesson package?

Payment is made via bank transfer to the IBAN provided by Consuelo Rizzone via email or phone. At the moment, instalment payment options are not available.

If I purchase a second lesson package after completing my first, do I receive any benefits?

Yes. If you have already purchased a lesson package from Coco Linguistics and decide to purchase another one to continue your learning journey, you will receive a 10% discount on the second package. Additionally, if you are based in Nicosia, you will receive a complimentary set of Coco Linguistics stickers as a gift.

What happens if I miss a lesson?

Lessons that are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will still be charged in full.

Do you provide business language training?

Yes, customized curricula can be built around business correspondence, job interview preparation, or professional presentation skills.

Does Coco Linguistics offer lessons with multiple teachers?

Coco Linguistics currently offers lessons with one specialised teacher: Consuelo Rizzone, the founder and owner of the website. She has two years of experience teaching Italian, English, German, and French to students from different backgrounds and language levels.

If I purchase a lesson package, can I take lessons with a friend and split the cost?

No. Pair lessons and small-group lessons for up to 3 people are offered through dedicated packages, with specific pricing and a pre-established educational programme.

What device do I need to attend my lesson?

You can attend your lesson wherever you are, using a smartphone, tablet, or laptop. If you are at home, a laptop is recommended to ensure the best possible audio and video quality.
